Ukranian rye loaf - a bread that makes a meal.

Comes either sliced or unsliced. We use the ready sliced for sandwiches and the unsliced cut in chunks for dunking in soup or stews.

An excellent partner to continental meats and cheeses.

Not always easy to find a local supplier but well worth the effort - we live close enough to drive over to Bradford and buy direct from the bakery.
