"Best rye bread in 40 years"

I have been enjoying rye bread since the 60's, but the kolos from Bradford has to be the best.I have been buying it from Kempke in Sheffield since the early 70's and its still the same delicious bread.I have been making rye bread for a while and would love the receipe, as my efforts are a poor substitute..
