"Cost to Customers for return goods??"

I was very disappointed that I had to pay for the return of shoes. Which cost me £6.70 for something I do not have, the delay in my refund did not help either. Shoes returned to Barratt's 5th November 2009, today phoned 01274 893845 not really happy with the outcome..
