"Taken but money but not delivered!"

Bought some goods from Argos Sports on 13th Oct and still waiting for delivery on 30th Oct. Sent e-mails and left messages on their voicemail but no response whatsoever. If there are issues they should be posted on their website rather than letting more customers suffer the same problems - are they in administration?.
