"Bad customer service"

I visited the shop today in kirgate market Bradford.i wanted to buy a pair of shoes for myself,i have noticed that there were lots of sales on and i asked the man who was serving me if i buy a second pair will i get a disscount?it should have been a yes or no answer but he decided to insult me and tell me that if i want a disscount i should go to my country to buy shoes.i could not belive what i was hearing.very rude to me,i just wanted to buy shoes.will never go there again.im still thinking which country should i go,i dont know what he meant.
