"Fire out of action again"

Fire refusing to ignite. Reported Thursday, no chance engineer visit until next Tuesday. When did come on Tuesday he said it needed visit from manufacturers. Meanwhile OAP with MS expected to carry electric fan heater from another room and constantly struggle across room and back with zimmer frame in order to switch power on and off. Engineer from manufacturers supposed to contact me on Wednesday but didn't so another day sitting shivering or struggling with zimmer will be required. NOT FUNNY!.
