"Unsafe go carts"

I took my daughter and her friend who wanted to go on the go carts, the went on there own as normal as they are heavy machines there is an attendant on duty. My daughter got hurt and on investigation the attendant didn't turn up so they just left the area in attended, I complained it is against health and safety but they did not close the area to the public. I wonder if they can afford a law suit if someone was seriously hurt. Will not be going back..
