A review of Speedibake Ltd by Ex-employee written on Tuesday 19th of January 2016

Speedibake is a large and successful company. However, most staff work on Zero hour contracts, most are E. European and a large percentage of the staff speak no English.

They pretend to care about the agency staff but actually don't care as evidenced by the 'speed ' way in which staff are dismissed for trivial reason.

Shifts are long and arduous- and few people have the stamina or ability to last.

Yes, I have an axe to grind. I got sacked for leaning on the side while waiting for the machine to restart so I could finish my task..
