"Offended"

A review of Pizza Hut by Derek smith written on Thursday 4th of September 2014

So I went in to pizza hut on otley road an the staff there made me feel soo uncomfortable as I was waiting for my order which was late...they was speaking in punjabi and looking towards me I felt intimidated...the dough seemed way pass its shelf date. The bloke who served me who told me he was the manager didn't seem to have a clue what was going on when the shop phones wer ringing an he was just stood there..the food is normally made realy nice but the customer service is appalling .
