Flacks is an amaizing place to train, I do thai boxing there and we are trained by a champion at no extra cost to our membership, it has an amaizing range of classes (at no extra cost) all the staff are friendly and helpful and I often share a giggle with them when I visit, flacks fittness/ fight academy is mine and my sons home from home and I couldn't be happier with my membership and the service they provide :-) x.
