"Great if you enjoy burnt toast and being ignored"

I often go in Kroustie, simply because of it's location. It's on my way to work. Every time I go in I'm massively disappointed by the lack of customer service. You can stand there for up to a minute while the ladies who work there finish their conversation, or continue what they're doing as though they haven't noticed you walk in. This only seems to apply to women between the ages of 20-35. If you're a young man in a suit or a workman in rigger boots then prepared to have at least 3 middle-aged women falling over themselves to serve you (all the while ignoring anyone else in the shop). The poor service isn't the only thing that annoys me about this place. It's £1.60 for 2 slices of toast with butter. The lady that served me (eventually) today, actually stood at he toaster popping the toast up every few seconds, I assumed to make sure it wasn't burning, only for me to get to work and find it burnt. Not just a little overdone, but inedible. Which made me wonder, how did that happen when she was stood there entirely focused on my toast? Today is the day I've decided not to waste my money in Kroustie any longer. Should the day come where I decide a sex change is in order I will obviously reconsider this decision. .
