Been to the Bradford office three times now and each time i have been exasperated at the service or rather lack of service. None of the advisors there appear to be able to tell you anything other than ' if you want to discuss your tax then go and pick up that phone in the corner and someone will speak to you' when you do its obviously the central advice centre who lack training and they either tell you they cannot help with a problem that is not overly complicated or they tell you to ring another number which is equally as bad. In conclusion it is a very poor service as a result of the fractured service delivered by people who have had little/poor training. Get your act together , take responsibilty and help people i.e. the tax payer who are paying your wages..
