I wanted to open a account and have a substantial amount of money to invest.

I tried to contact my local branch and got a girl in the Philippines I have searched

the web to find a local phone number to make a appointment with the manager to no avail.

makes me wonder why the top bankers get so much money

please just try to look after customers..
