"Appointments!!!"

I'm sorry to rant this morning but there it is! Luckily my family don't need to visit the doctors very often. When we do need an on the day appointment the usual case is that the lines are engaged then when you get through all the appointments have gone. This is frustrating enough but par for the course these days. Today excelled and I actually got through at 8.32am to be told there were no appointments left!and no other option offered.

How can that be!?

I'd love to know how many appointments are available each day. It's not only frustrating but worrying that when people are ill you still cannt get to see a doctor or nurse practitioner..
