This feedback must be monitored by senior management so why don't they act on this atrocious situation? I too have been trying to track down a mis-deliverd parcell and like everyone else I don't understand why they bother giving out the number if not one member of staff can be bothered to answer. Come on Royal Mail you need to sot out this staff attitude...it stinks..
