So disapointed in the change of bread mix. In the last few weeks I noticed the PTC have a spongy texture and the smell of home made bread has gone. now that the big supermarkets have speciality breads at a very reasonable price, isn't it foolhardy to change what was an unbeatable bread to one that is less appealing than the cheaper ones at the supermarkets.
