"Broken dryer"

I purchased a dryer from currys and it broke 31 days after i bought it (Typical).if an item that is purched and broken within 28 days you can have a replacement BUT as it was 31 days i had to wait for a repair and weeks of waiting for parts to be delivered i was sick of waiting. After dealing with customer service ( i say customer services loosely as they are usless) over the phone and being passed from 1 person to another and not getting any joy (1 month later ! )i decided to go to my local store . I spoke to the Manager Graham who seem to be the only person with any common sense after speaking to about 20 people over the phone and he sorted my problem within 5 minutes and offered a replacement ! Graham is the only person that has any common sense within curys
