96,Rook Lane was a residential property and turned into a gentlemans hairdressers by my late Grandfather-Jack Lea more than 50 years ago.Jack Lea a very well liked and respected businessman having had shops at Dudley Hill Top,109 Rook Lane and a Barbers on the railway bridge on Tong Street(next to the cycle shop!/Dawson Lane)He would be delighted im sure to see a hairdressing business still operating from the premises. .
