"Aftersales service is rubbish"

Each time i ring in to customer relation i either get cut saying high volume of calls or keeped hanging on for ages and paying a high rate call,which (they will get a persentage)!!

If i ring the sales line it is soon answered ,i wonder why!!!

At this moment in time i am trying to contact customer relations support team ,with out sucess..
