What the hell are Royal Mail (Bradford South)playing at?

I have been on the phone for over 40 mins waiting without anyone answering it !!! Tried both numbers 08456112742 and 01274 750600 and both te same - it just rings !

Maybe this number will help them if they could be arsed using the phone !!!! "Hearing aids direct" 0800 032 1301. This is what we pay good money for.....

Just sack the lot of them and empoly new staff !.
