"Service is appalling!"

Food arrived late and was luke warm when delivered. We received the wrong meal and after ringing the store, we were told there was nothing they could do about it (seeing as we spent over £40 with the company, you would expect a bit better service!) We tried to speak to the manager but he refused to talk to us so we were forced to drive to the shop to get our money back. I would never order from there again.
