"PC World? Costs you pounds to ask them a question"

Why Bother with a company like PC World, when all you want to do is to call them, to ask them if they have some software in, before you drive down there?

But instead of giving out a 01274 number. They are only contactable via an 0844 number which costs up to 35 pence per minuter, whilst you are on hold waiting to talk to someone? .
