What is the point of having a telephone number if you don't answer it when it rings? - whats the point of asking customers to leave a message if you dont get back to them?

Who knows what is going on at Bradford South Sorting office - more to the point no other sorting office ( which I might add seem to answer their phones) can either take a message or give another number to contact Bradford South on. DIABOLICAL.

Reliable Royal Mail - I don't think so!.
