I've always liked Panasonic products and when I recently had to buy a new tv and dvd player I searched on line to look for products and went to the Panasonic shop in Bradford thinking I would just check out the products before ordering them on line.... wow...the staff were really helpful without being pushy ...offered to match the prices I'd seen on line and arrange installation. How could I resist?

They delivered the tv and blu ray player, installed it and demonstrated and were absolutely brilliant. I will now use them for any future goods i need.
