"No-one answering the phone at the admin office bradford for two days"

My review at the moment is not so good as i have been trying to contact the admin office at bradford for two days and so has the office I booked it through, but they do not even have a queuing system they just say sorry and cut you off, I do not think this is a very good practice if someone has an emergency how on earth are you supposed to sort it out they answer it when you are booking the holiday very quickly
