"Bukingham gone downhill"
A review of Buckingham Bingo by Iris buckle - Sunday 13th of June 2010
My husband and myself have been going to the Bukingham at Bradford since it opened and we find that it has gone downhill since the original manager left ,although we only go on Sunday evenings because it is the only evening that we are able to go .it is the most expensive evening of the week and yet the prize money keeps going down no matter how full the place is ,the gifts that we get for the stamp cards used to be realy good but now they are the worst of the week[who wants a rubbish drinks fountain] even the food is poor .when we first started there was a cocession on and the meals were realy nice but they took the concession off ,portions were smaller and the standard of the meals went down,so now instead of queing for the meals there are a lot less eating there including us,i think you need to look at the management because since the original manager left the latest ones do not give a damn about the customers not even enough to ask staff to keep quiet when collecting glasses or emtying the table tops of money.also we have been loyal customers but our loyalty is not rewarded any more with any offers like it used to be ,We as many more customers have decided to go elsewhere this week. As you will notice Where it always used to be full it is now far from it and that is not because of the reccession but because people are not happy and have decided to go elsewhere
