"Thomas Cook Cruises:The 'Not So' Grand Princess!"A review of Thomas Cook Tour Operators Ltd by E & H Marrow - Wednesday 9th of June 2010We've just sailed on this ship to Scandinavia and it was looking very 'tired' indeed. In addition, the ship appeared so child friendly; there were loads of kiddies aboard. Great for some, but we wouldn't have gone if we'd known it was a family cruise ship. For a fee, you could get away from the noise in the sanctury - but why should you have to pay for peace & quiet at sea? We also found quite a few other hidden extras. Plus, not all, but a good percentage of the entertainment was, in our opinion, holiday camp style using mediochre talent. However, the ports of call were interesting, the waitors were wonderful and the food excellent. The Marrows, Wiltshire. |
