"Caring welfare department"

I would like to say a big thankyou to the fantastic staff at the welfare department of Thomas Cook. My father has had an unfortunate accident in the Dominican republic recently and the staff at the Welfare department have been brilliant. Not only have they looked after him they have kept me updated with his progress every day. Nothing seems too much for them.
