"Banned from School Christmas Disco"

A review of Ryecroft Primary School by Margaret Thorp, - Tuesday 15th of December 2009

I was absolutely shocked to read in the Daily Express today that two children had been banned from the School Disco because they were absent on the day of their father's funeral. Have the headteacher and staff no compassion? This is supposed to be the season of goodwill. I don't think they have heard this at Ryecroft Primary School
