"Owner so unfriendly"

I never normally do reviews, but felt I had to , I have never met such a rude and unfriendly person running a business, when met at reception we just stood there while she shouted into a tannoy for her assistant can you come to reception because we have got a cat in reception.xx no acknowledgment to me or My cat.xx the assistant blonde lady sorry but the owner did not tell me your name.xx you were so friendly and careingxx I felt so much better leaving her.xx you should get your own bumisness ..xx then picking my cat up the attittude did not change not even a thank you when we paid... If that what she is like with humans what is she like with animals. My cat was booked in for 3 days and payed for 3 days but picked her up a day early.xx .
