"Not competitive anymore !"

Why is the management of haqs sitting on their hands whilst their direct competitors up the road take all their previous customers away from them .Haqs' offer on mondays didnt last long and customers have slowly gone to their competitor, who have genuine marketing prowess and so pull the crowds in.i would cite 2 factors: the take away side is poorly run, staff often bickering in view of customers.Very asian and very unprofessional.The other is the younger staff employed by Haqs have a care free attitude and are often ignorant.
