Dear Sir/Madam, 
 
My Uk student visa was refused 6 months ago and my appeal was lodged out of time then I have provided an evidence why my appeal lodged out of time due to some reasons.Now duty judge reviewed that appeal was lodged in time.My appeal is proceeding accordingly and I have recieved notification two weeks ago from AIT related my appeal is proceeding accordingly.So can you please confirm me what is the next step of my appeal and how long it takes time to complete.
