"Excellent customer service"

I had an old style TV where the colour had gone, everything was in shades of pink. I spoke to Gareth, who was just finishing a job nearby, and he called on his way to his next job. 
He told me the tube had gone & there was nothing he could do. 
He didn't want the call out charge of £40 as he was passing anyway. 
Couldn't have asked for better.
